The IET Labs TL-1M-Ban-15kVHigh voltage lead set designed for use up to 15 kVdc. The TL-1M-Ban-15kV is ideal for use with the HRRS-5 kV & 10 kV Series – High Resistance Decade Boxes, VRS-100 High Resistance Standard, SRL Resistance Standards and other high resistance standards. These leads are suitable for a variety of applications where high voltage and low leakage cables are required. The cables feature banana plugs for connection to a variety of test equipment including megohmmeters. The leads consist of a pair of 4 foot coaxial cables terminated in stackable bananas on both ends. The cables utilize R5743-1 coaxial cable that is rated for 15 kVdc. The coaxial cable is made up of a center conductor that is 20 AWG (19/32) silver coated copper with silicone insulation and a tinned copper braided shield with black silicon jacket.
