The Agilent HP 16196C SMD Test Adapter (Surface mount device) provides excellent repeatability, ease of operation and accurate correlation up to 3 GHz. The HP 16196 series luminaires are specially designed for specific SMD sizes, provide repeatable DUT positioning and reliable connections, and reduce the possibility of operator errors for consistent measurement results.  In the past, the testing of SMD inductors at 3 GHz was difficult, now users with the series 16196 can perform accurate and repeatable measurements.
