The ASSOCIATED RESEARCH 4450DT Hipot Tester provides both AC and DC output and can do all UL tests. The unit uses digital meters. Current leakage, insulation breakdown or short circuit immediately triggers visual and audio alarms. The unit automatically checks ground continuity between grounding connector and any exposed metal parts while being connected. For greater operator safety tests can be done by remote Control.
