Beschreibung

The Tektronix TLA7L4 Logic Analyzer is a 100MHz state, 2GHz timing, 32k depth, 136 channel acquisition card for the TLA7xx series logic analyzer mainframes. It is directly compatible with the TLA704 and TLA711 mainframes. The TLA7L4 can also be used in the newer TLA714 and TLA720 mainframes. The logic analyzer module is designed to be used with either the benchtop mainframe or portable mainframe in a TLA 700 Series Logic Analyzer. The logicanalyzer module is used as a test and measurement tool for high-speed digital timing and state acquisition across several channels.
