The TLA7Q4 is the 136- Channel Logic Analyzer module with 2 GHz timing, 100 MHz state and 64 M depth. This module offers high-speedstate synchronous capture and high-speedtiming capture through the same set of probes. It capitalizes on MagniVu technology to offer 500 ps timing on all channels, glitch and setup/hold triggering and display, and time stamp that is always on at up to 500 ps resolution. The TLA7Q4 is ideal for timing analysis, multi-process or bus applications, and embedded software analysis.
