The Tektronix WFM601E monitors are self contained, half rack wide, waveform/vector monitors for the 270 MB serial component operating environment. They share a common design philosophy but are specialized for different applications. The Tektronix WFM601E Serial Componet Monitor with Eye Pattern extends the series platform to provide comprehensive evaluation of the digital transport layer. It allows observation of the analog characteristics (eye pattern and signal level) and digital compatibility (format and range checking) of the serial data stream. The WFM601E includes all video features of the WFM601A and adds an analog waveform display of the incoming data signal.
